NBC: Safely Guiding the Way
NPL’s companion company, NBC (National Barricade LLC), offers safety-first traffic control services for construction sites, public utility projects, and special events. NBC employs highly-trained crews that include ATSSA certified flaggers and seasoned crew leaders to oversee operations, safety, and efficiencies in traffic control. With more than a decade of traffic control experience and a modern, diverse fleet, we’re the only resource you need.

NBC operations are fully licensed, bonded, and insured to meet local requirements. Field personnel are ATSSA and, where required, DOT certified.

Pipeline Fabrication Services
NPL’s 22,000 square foot fabrication shop is strategically located in East Chicago, Indiana and has the resources to fit, weld, and deliver for a wide range of natural gas, liquids, power plant, steam and other piping systems. Our turnkey services include procurement, material management, spool design, scheduling, in-house quality control, coatings, and turnover packages.

Certified Workmanship
NPL Fabrication Services employees are UA 597 Journeyman Welders and Fitters certified through MEA, NCCER, EWN, and other Operator Qualification training.
Emergency Services
With a large, modern fleet and operations across the country, we mobilize quickly to stabilize weather-related damage or other incidents. With the right people, equipment, skills, and compassion for the situation, NPL responds so things can return to “normal” as soon as possible—helping our customers take care of theirs.
